KQMS-1400 kHz Redding, CA DX Test

Date: Sunday morning (late Saturday night), Dec. 16, 2007.
Time: Midnight – 1 a.m. Pacific Time, 0800 – 0900 UTC.
Modes of Operation: 1,000 watts using non-directional antenna pattern.
Programming: Programming will consist of special voice announcements, Morse code and/or 1,000 Hz tones.
