Either something I missed, or something was unclear: Email reports accepted but return postage required. That doesn't add up unless one uses Paypal. Could someone clearify?

Sorry for the confusion. Both WIRL and WLPO wish to take care of their own QSLs. If you want a "piece of paper" QSL, return postage will be required. Even if are sending an e-mail reception report, you will still need to follow it up with return postage in some form.

If a simple e-mail QSL message is all you want, and not a formal QSL letter or card by mail or as an attached .jpg that you print out yourself, then I'm sure both CEs will be happy to do that without return postage.

I hope I have clarified this, but if not, please e-mail or post to DXTESTS.INFO and I'll try to straighten things out. Again, my apologies for any confusion.
